l       武安為以武安邦之意，春秋屬晉，戰國歸趙，西漢初置縣。戰國時期的蘇秦、李牧、白起曾先后受封武安君。武安歷史文化底蘊深厚，孕育了磁山文化、地方民俗文化、戲曲文化、冶鐵文化、商幫文化、紅色文化等六大文化脈系。

l       Wu’an is the Chinese term that means ruling the state by Wushu (Martial arts). It was governed by Jin-State during the Ancient Chunqiu (Spring and Autumn) Period, and then paid allegiance to Zhao-State during the Ancient Zhanguo (Warring States) Period. It was the county seat in the early period of Xihan (West Han) Dynasty. The historical eminent persons such as Su Qin, Li Mu and Bai Qi were successively conferred upon the noble title of “Wu’an Jun (King)”. Wu’an is a ancient city with profound history and cultural heritage, and boasts six systems of culture venation, which are Cishan Culture, Local Folk Culture, Chinese Traditional Opera Culture, “Iron-Smelting” Culture, “Merchant Leagues” Culture, Red Culture.

l      磁山文化——是華北地區的早期新石器文化，其中發現的粟和雞的炭化標本是迄今世界上發現的人類種植、養殖的最早實物證據。磁山還是指南針的故鄉。

l      Cishan Culture — It is the early Neolithic Culture in North China, in which the carbonized specimens of millet and chicken are the earliest physical evidence of human cultivation and breeding found in the world so far. Cishan is also the hometown of compass.

l      地方民俗文化——武安儺戲是一種神秘的地方民俗，被稱為戲劇的活化石，最早出現在夏商時期。

l      Local Folk Culture — Nuo opera from Wu’an is a kind of mysterious local folk, known as the living fossil of drama, which first appeared in the Ancient Period of Xia Dynasty and Shang Dynasty.

l      戲曲文化——武安是著名的地方戲曲之鄉。擁有平調、落子全國非物質文化遺產的兩個地方劇種，在我國縣（市）中極為罕見。

l      Chinese Traditional Opera Culture — Wu'an is the famous hometown of local operas. Pingdiao and Luozi, the two types of local opera here belong to the national intangible cultural heritage, which are extremely rare in counties (cities) of China.

l       冶鐵文化——起源于戰國時代，2000多年前的戰國和漢代，武安曾是全國的冶鐵中心之一。

l       “Iron-Smelting” Culture — It origins from the Ancient Warring States Period. Wu'an used to be one of the biggest iron-smelting centers nationwide during the Ancient Period of Warring States and Han Dynasty, which is around 2000 years before present.

l       商幫文化——武安商幫，獨以縣立幫，興起于明清，與徽、晉商比肩，并稱“中國十大商幫”，南綢北藥，全國聞名。

l       “Merchant Leagues” Culture — Wu'an Merchant League, a special business group was set up within natives of Wu’an-nese County, rose in the Ancient Period of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. It was well-known as one of “Top 10 Merchant Leagues” in Ancient China, enjoying the same level of reputation as Anhui Merchant Leagues and Shanxi Merchant Leagues. Wu'an Merchant League was also  famous for the silk in South China and the traditional Chinese medicine in North China.

l       紅色文化——武安是重要的革命根據地。劉伯承、鄧小平等老一輩革命家曾生活和戰斗在這里，晉冀魯豫中央局、人民日報社等曾駐于武安。

l       Red Culture — Wu’an is one of the most significant Chinese revolutionary base areas. Liu Bocheng, Deng Xiaoping and other numerous revolutionists of the older generation lived here and fought for China’s freedom here. And the Central Bureau of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong,Henan Provinces and the People's Daily was stationed in Wu'an.

l       武安市經濟實力雄厚，2016年重返全國百強縣（市），排第96位。

l       With the enormous potentiality of economic development, Wu’an has been re-won the prize of the National Top 100 Counties (Cities) ranked the 96^th in 2016.

l       開發精品板材、建筑鋼材、裝備制造鋼材新品種。

l       The development of new products of high-quality goods plank, construction steel, equipment manufacturing steel

l       現有棉花機械、熱油泵、鋰離子動力電池和儲能電池、環保專用車、新能源汽車、工業閥門、大型數控機床等產品，骨干企業二十余家。產品遠銷美國、英國、法國、德國、意大利、丹麥、奧地利、日本、新加坡、韓國、越南、香港等國家和地區。

l       There are 20 key enterprises whit the quality products such as the cotton machinery, hot oil pump, lithium-ion battery of power and  energy-storage, vehicles of environmental protection, new energy automobile, industrial valves, large size CNC machine. The products are exported to the United States, Britain,France, Germany, Italy,Denmark, Austria, Japan,Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam,Hong Kong, and other countries/regions.

l       新能源產業擁有一系列優質產業資源，形成了電池材料、鋰電池、電動汽車動力總成、整車制造、智能電網儲能系統于一體的新能源閉合式循環產業鏈。

l       The New Energy Industry has a series of high quality industrial resources based on the optimization of industrial chain of the cyclic economy that are integrated with the battery material, lithium batteries, power assembly of electromobile, vehicle manufacturing and smart grid energy storage system

l        發展方向：到2018年底，項目全部建成投產后，武安新能源產業年產值達到1000億左右，實現千億元產值建設目標。屆時，新能源產業將真正成為武安經濟發展新的支柱產業，從根本上改變武安主導產業結構，必將為武安的轉型升級、綠色崛起做出新的更大貢獻。

l        Direction of Development: By the end of 2018, when all the projects are to be completed and put into operation, the annual output value of the New Energy Industry in Wu’an will reach around 100 billion Chinese Renminbi Yuan (CNY), reaching the previous goals of 100 billion CNY output value. By then, the New Energy Industry will become the new pillar industry of economy development in Wu’an indeed, which will lead to a ultimate change of structure of Wu’an’s leading industry, and will make new and greater contributions to optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and realizing the rising of Green Wu’an.

l        河北武安保稅物流中心于2014年10月13日由國家海關總署等“四部委”批準建設，是全省首家B型保稅物流中心。保稅物流中心由河北新武安鋼鐵集團物流有限公司承建，規劃占地1600畝，總投資32億元，分三期建設。一期建設海關監管區、內貿物流區；二期建設綜合服務區；三期建設金融行政區。保稅物流中心具備保稅物流、內陸口岸、多式聯運、物流金融和金融物流服務、內貿物流加工、跨境電子商務等“六大功能”。

l       Wu’anBonded Logistics Center in Hebei Province was approved for construction by four national ministries, the State General Administration of Customs included, on October 13th, 2014, being the first Level B Bonded Logistic Center in Hebei Province. Wu’an Bonded Logistics Center, constructed by Hebei New Wu’an Iron & Steel Group Logistics Co., Ltd., is planning to cover an area of 1600 acres, with a total investment of 3 billion and 200 million Chinese Renminbi Yuan (CNY). The whole construction process is divided into three phase: the first phase is to construct customs supervision zone and domestic logistics area; the second phase is to construct integrated service area; and the third phase is to construct financial administrative district.

l        發展方向：重點以保稅需求為導向，以做強商貿物流功能為核心，以聯接聯合聯動、共利共贏共享平臺模式為支撐，立足武安、跳出武安，對接區域戰略、國家戰略，輻射打造武安的生態物流體系，通過形成比較優勢、服務優勢和品牌優勢，打造物流升級版。

l       Direction of Development: Wu’an Bonded Logistics Center will take the demand for goods in bond as the orientation, keep the enhancement of business logistics as the core, choose the platform mode with features of union, joint linkage, mutual benefit and shared profit as the support in order to build the ecological logistics system of Wu'an. During this process, we not only need to take the situation of Wu’an as a fundamental, but also need to focus on the further development apart from Wu’an, we not only meet the request of regional development strategy, but also take the advantage of national development strategy. Thus, Wu’an Bonded Logistics Center will be built and upgraded through the formation of comparative advantage, the service advantages as well as the brand advantage.

l       河北武安工業園區是1992年11月經省人民政府批準設立的省級工業園區，總體規劃面積34平方公里，是全市調結構、轉方式的主平臺和東部產業新區，以新能源、新材料、現代裝備制造等戰略性新興產業為主導產業，規劃“一區三園”：新能源產業園、曹公泉裝備制造產業園、北洺河科技園，現托管12個行政村，人口3萬人，入區企業55家。2016年完成工業總產值234億元，完成固定資產投資59億元。此外，在建項目有國家863計劃技術成果轉化項目、替代進口、年產30萬條高速列車受電弓滑板和年產30萬片高速列車閘片項目;河北秦合重科金屬科技有限公司年產300萬噸高延性冷軋帶肋鋼材項目；中原機械裝備制造及綜合配套項目;中小企業孵化器創業服務中心項目，現有歐希實業、國蘊清潔能源、科旭緊固件、耐奧焊接材料、卓華環境，康農食品等6個項目陸續入駐或簽約。

l       Hebei Wu'an Industrial Park, a provincial industrial park approved by the Provincial People's Government in November 1992, with a total planning area of 34 square kilometers, is the main platform of Wu’an city to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure and transform the mode of development. Also, it is a new district of industry in eastern. The district, taking new energy, new materials, modern equipment manufacturing and other strategic emerging industries as the leading industries, is composed of three industrial parks, which are New Energy Industrial Park, Cao Gong Quan Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and North Ming River Science and Technology Park respectively. Currently, this district is with trusteeship of 12 administrative villages, with a population of 30,000 and with 55 enterprises in residence. In 2016, it have accomplish the total industrial output value of 23 billion 400 million Chinese Renminbi Yuan (CNY), and completed investment in fixed assets of 5 billion 900 million CNY. Besides, the projects in progress includes the transformation project of the National 863 Program of technological achievements, the import substitution project and high speed train pantograph slide plate project with annual output of 300 thousand and high-speed train brake project with annual output of 300 thousand; high ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel project annual output of 3 million tons from Hebei Heavy Metal Technology Co., Ltd.; machinery and equipment manufacturing and integrated equipment project From Zhongyuan Company; the small and medium-sized enterprise incubator service center project which 6 projects have signed contract and settled, including Ouxi Industry, Guoyun Clean Energy, Kexu Fasteners, Nai’ao Welding Materials, Zhuohua Environmental Industry, Kangnong Food etc.

l       以新能源高端制造為主導產業，以打造新能源汽車產業鏈為特色，致力于建設成為國家級新能源產業示范基地的新興產業園，以北方奧鈦、河北銀隆、珠海廣通汽車公司邯鄲分公司為龍頭企業。主要產品有：高效納米鋰電池負極材料、儲能系統、高效納米鋰電池、純電動大巴車。

l       Wu'an Industrial Park takes new energy high-end manufacturing as its leading industry, and creating the new energy vehicle industry chain as its feature, which has been committed itself to becoming New energy industry demonstration base of the new industrial park at national level. The key enterprises include Altairnano, Hebei Yinlong New Energy and Zhuhai Guangtong Automobile Co. Ltd. Handan branch, whose main products contains high efficiency nano lithium battery anode material, energy storage system, high efficiency nano lithium battery, pure electric bus etc.
